About Shipping & Delivery
Q1: Do you ship internationally?
A1: Currently we only ship within Malaysia and Singapore.
Q2: What is the estimated shipping time for orders? When can I expect to receive my order?
A2: Once we receive your order, we will hand over your parcel to the courier service provider within two working days. Typically, you can expect to receive your order within five to seven days. However, please note that the actual delivery timeframe relies on the arrangements made by the courier service provider.
Q3: Is it possible to update the shipping address after placing an order?
A3: Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. As an alternative, you can choose to cancel the order and proceed to place a new order with the updated shipping address.
Q4: What is the shipping cost?
A4: The shipping cost will be presented on the checkout page after you provide the shipping address.
Q5: What does "door-to-door service" mean?
A5: Door-to-door service involves delivering parcels directly to your doorstep, as opposed to leaving them in the building's lobby or at a parcel hub. This service is particularly useful if you live on higher floors. Before opting for this service, we recommend verifying with your property management whether they allow delivery personnel to enter the premises and deliver to your designated floor.
Q6: What is the fee for the door-to-door service?
A6: The charge for door-to-door service is determined by the total product weight of your orders. If your order's total product weight is below 50kgs, the fee will be RM50. For orders with a total product weight exceeding 50kgs, the fee will be RM100.
Q7: How can I request door-to-door service?
A7: You can opt for the door-to-door service by selecting it on the checkout page.
Q8: Is it possible to pick up my order at your experience showroom?
A8: The pick-up service is exclusively available at our Flagship showroom located in Muar, Johor. To arrange for pick-up service, kindly get in touch with our customer service team.
Q9: Can I place an order now and have it shipped later?
A9: Absolutely, you can go ahead and place your order now and specify your preferred shipping period. We are able to hold your order for up to a six-month duration.
Q10: Can I request a specific delivery date?
A10: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the courier service provider will deliver your parcel on a specific date. However, we can attach a notice to the parcel, informing the delivery personnel about your preferred delivery date.

Q11: What material are your products made of?
A11: Our products are crafted entirely from solid rubberwood.
Q12: Is your product waterproof?
A12: Generally, under normal usage, there shouldn't be any issues. However, it's advisable to avoid leaving the product outdoors for extended periods or submerging it in water.
Q13: Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
A13: We do not recommend using our products outdoors. Prolonged exposure to sunlight and rain can potentially reduce the lifespan of our products.
Q14: Do your products come in other wood colours?
A14: No, our products are primarily available in their natural raw colour to showcase the inherent beauty of the wood. They are coated with a transparent finish. However, you could paint the furniture with water-based paint of your preference.
Q15: Do I need to assemble the products myself?
A15: Yes, all of our products require self-assembly. We've designed them to be easily assembled. Each product comes with the necessary hardware and comprehensive assembly instructions. If you require assembly service, our customer service is available to help. Please note that assembly services come with an additional charge and are currently offered only in the Klang Valley, Seremban, Malacca, and Muar areas.
Q16: Can I place a customised order?
A16: Unfortunately, we do not accept customised orders, as all our products come pre-designed and pre-packaged.
Q17: Do your products come with a warranty?
A17: Yes, all of our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturer defects. If you discover any defects during unboxing, assembly, or while using our products, kindly report them to our customer service. We will promptly provide a solution.
