What’s the advantage over custom-built furniture?
Compared to custom furniture, our modular Tatami is more affordable, flexible, and future-proof — rearrange, expand, or redesign anytime as your needs evolve.
Why doesn’t your Tatami unit have a bottom panel?
Our Tatami units are intentionally designed without a bottom panel to reduce material usage and keep the overall weight of the parcel lighter. This makes it more cost-efficient for both shipping and production.
Since most homes already have finished flooring or tiles, placing the storage boxes directly on the floor works perfectly.
Friendly tip: We recommend placing smaller items inside organiser bins before storing them under the Tatami. This way, it’s easier to access and manage your belongings.
Why is your Tatami more worth buying compared to others?
Unlike many Tatami-style platforms made from chipboard or other low-cost materials, ours are crafted from solid rubberwood — built to support real use, including daily stepping and sitting.
