Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Malaysia and Singapore. If you want to ship to another country, you may contact our customer service for more information.
What is the estimated shipping time for orders? When can I expect to receive my order?
For ready stock items, once we receive your order, we will hand over your parcel to the courier service provider within 2 working days. Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 7 days. However, please note that the actual delivery timeframe depends on the arrangements made by the courier service provider.
Is it possible to update the shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the updated shipping address.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be shown on the checkout page after you provide the shipping address.
What does "door-to-door service" mean?
Door-to-door service means delivering parcels directly to your doorstep, instead of leaving them in the building's lobby or at a parcel hub. This service is particularly useful if you live on higher floors. Before opting for this service, we recommend checking with your property management to confirm whether they allow delivery personnel to enter the premises and deliver to your designated floor.
The fee for this service is fixed at RM80, regardless of the quantity or weight of your items.
How can I request door-to-door service?
You can request door-to-door service by selecting the option on the checkout page.
Is it possible to pick up my order at your experience showroom?
The pick-up service is only available at our Flagship showroom located in Muar, Johor. Please note there's a RM30 handling fee per trip, regardless of the number of products.
Can I place an order now and have it shipped later?
Yes, you place your order now and specify your preferred shipping period. We can hold your order for up to 6 months.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
We typically use a courier service, so we can't guarantee a specific delivery date. However, we can include a notice on the parcel to inform the delivery team of your preferred date, though couriers usually find it difficult to follow such requests. If you're making a bulk purchase or are willing to top up the delivery fee, we can arrange a third-party lorry service to meet your preferred delivery date.
Do you deliver to Sabah and Sarawak?
For deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak, you'll first need to change the delivery method on our shopping cart page. After selecting your preferred courier, you can proceed to enter your address. Some smaller items can be purchased directly online. For larger items shipping to East Malaysia, we need to request a quote from the courier provider and wait for their response. In most cases, we’ll need you to specify the products you want to get an accurate shipping quote.
Do you deliver to Singapore?
For orders to Singapore, delivery typically takes around 7-14 days, depending on the courier provider’s arrangements.
To check the shipping fee to Singapore, simply add the items to your cart and select the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be displayed immediately.
For bulk orders, we need to request a quote from the courier provider and wait for their response.
Will you also charge a shipping fee for bulky items?
Free shipping (shipping included) is available for select items only, such as sofas, bedframes and large racks. You will see “Free Shipping of Selected products” displayed on the checkout page if the shipping fee is included.
