Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Malaysia and Singapore. If you want to ship to another country, you may contact our customer service for more information.

What is the estimated shipping time for orders? When can I expect to receive my order?

For in-stock items, we will arrange shipment within 2 working days after receiving your order.

Estimated delivery time:

-West Malaysia: 3–9 working days
-Singapore: 7–14 working days
-Sabah: 5–9 days (if local stock is available)
-Sarawak: Approximately 3–4 weeks

If stock is unavailable in Sabah, the order will be shipped from West Malaysia, and the delivery time may be longer.

You may check the shipping options during checkout to confirm the shipping origin and estimated delivery timeframe.

For deliveries to other countries or regions, please contact our Customer Service team for arrangements and shipping quotations.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier company's schedule and operations.

Is it possible to update the shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the updated shipping address.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be shown on the checkout page after you provide the shipping address.

What is Carry-to-Door Service?

If you live in an apartment, condominium, or high-rise residence and would like your items to be delivered directly to your unit doorstep or a specific floor, please select a shipping option that includes Carry-to-Door Service during checkout.

This service includes carrying your items to your designated floor or unit doorstep.

However, the actual carrying arrangement is subject to site conditions and building management regulations. We recommend checking with your property management before placing your order to confirm whether delivery personnel are allowed to enter the building and use the elevator, ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Is it possible to pick up my order at your experience showroom?

The pick-up service is only available at our Flagship showroom located in Muar, Johor. Please note there's a RM80 handling fee per trip, regardless of the number of products.

Is it possible to choose Self-Pickup at the factory for my order?

Yes. We offer a free factory Self-Pickup service at our Muar factory. Self-Pickup is available from Monday to Friday, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays). Please contact our customer service team to arrange in advance.

Can I place an order now and have it shipped later?

Yes, you place your order now and specify your preferred shipping period. We can hold your order for up to 3 months.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes, you may request a preferred delivery date.

If you would like to do so, please write your preferred delivery date in the “Add Notes” section on the Cart Page.

During checkout, please select “Truck Delivery” as the shipping option so we can arrange the delivery for you.

Please note that the date provided will be treated as a preferred delivery date. Due to delivery route planning, traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen factors, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

This service is currently available only for customers in West Malaysia.

If you have special delivery requirements, please contact customer service in advance.

Do you deliver to Sabah?

Yes, we do deliver to Sabah! Orders are prioritized to be shipped from our Sabah warehouse.
If the item is out of stock in Sabah, the system will automatically arrange shipment from West Malaysia.
Shipping fees and delivery time may vary, so please take note during checkout.

Do you deliver to Sarawak?

Yes, we do deliver to Sarawak! Orders to Sarawak are shipped from West Malaysia.
Shipping fees may be higher.

Do you deliver to Singapore?

For orders to Singapore, delivery typically takes around 7-14 working days, depending on the courier provider’s arrangements.

To check the shipping fee to Singapore, simply add the items to your cart and select the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be displayed immediately.

For bulk orders, we need to request a quote from the courier provider and wait for their response.

Do you offer free shipping on your products?

Only certain items have free shipping (shipping included). If shipping is included, you will see “Selected products free shipping” displayed at the checkout page.
