Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Malaysia and Singapore. If you want to ship to another country, you may contact our customer service for more information.
What is the estimated shipping time for orders? When can I expect to receive my order?
For ready stock items, once we receive your order, we will hand over your parcel to the courier service provider within 2 working days. Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 7 days. However, please note that the actual delivery timeframe depends on the arrangements made by the courier service provider.
Is it possible to update the shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the updated shipping address.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be shown on the checkout page after you provide the shipping address.
What does "Carry-to-Door Service" mean?
This service is only applicable to customers in West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) and East Malaysia(Sabah).
For customers in Singapore and East Malaysia (Sarawak), the upstairs delivery handling fee is already included in the shipping fee, and there is no need to add this service.
“Carry-to-Door Service” is an additional delivery add-on service, not a standard shipping option. It only applies to orders that select “Parcel Delivery via Courier Service” as the shipping method.
In most cases, if the delivery address is an apartment or building, and only Parcel Delivery via Courier Service is selected, the courier or delivery personnel will usually leave the package at the building lobby or parcel collection area, rather than delivering it directly to the unit door.
If you would like the package or items to be delivered directly to your home door or specific unit entrance, you can add the “Carry-to-Door Service” to your cart at the checkout page before completing payment.
If you live on a higher floor, this service can be especially convenient. We also recommend confirming with your building management in advance to ensure that delivery personnel are allowed to enter the building and access your floor.
The fee for this service is RM80 (fixed price), regardless of the number of items or weight.
How can I request Carry-to-Door Service?
You can request Carry-to-Door Service by selecting the option on the checkout page.
Is it possible to pick up my order at your experience showroom?
The pick-up service is only available at our Flagship showroom located in Muar, Johor. Please note there's a RM80 handling fee per trip, regardless of the number of products.
Is it possible to choose Self-Pickup at the factory for my order?
Yes. We offer a free factory Self-Pickup service at our Muar factory. Self-Pickup is available from Monday to Friday, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays). Please contact our customer service team to arrange in advance.
Customer Service
Can I place an order now and have it shipped later?
Yes, you place your order now and specify your preferred shipping period. We can hold your order for up to 6 months.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Yes, you may request a preferred delivery date.
If you would like to do so, please write your preferred delivery date in the “Add Notes” section on the Cart Page.
During checkout, please select “Truck Delivery” as the shipping option so we can arrange the delivery for you.
Please note that the date provided will be treated as a preferred delivery date. Due to delivery route planning, traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen factors, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
This service is currently available only for customers in West Malaysia.

Do you deliver to Sabah and Sarawak?
For deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak, you'll first need to change the delivery method on our shopping cart page. After selecting your preferred courier, you can proceed to enter your address. Some smaller items can be purchased directly online. For larger items shipping to East Malaysia, we need to request a quote from the courier provider and wait for their response. In most cases, we’ll need you to specify the products you want to get an accurate shipping quote.
Do you deliver to Singapore?
For orders to Singapore, delivery typically takes around 7-14 days, depending on the courier provider’s arrangements.
To check the shipping fee to Singapore, simply add the items to your cart and select the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be displayed immediately.
For bulk orders, we need to request a quote from the courier provider and wait for their response.
Do you offer free shipping on your products?
Only certain items have free shipping (shipping included). If shipping is included, you will see “Selected products free shipping” displayed at the checkout page.
