Complete Home Planning Service
RM100 / room – Fully reimbursable with purchase
(e.g. 3 bedrooms + 1 living room + 1 dining area = RM100 x 5 rooms)
📝 How it works:
Planning Service fee will be fully reimbursed with a minimum furniture purchase of RM1,000 for every RM100 paid.
For example, if you paid RM500 for planning and spend RM5,000 or more on furniture, you’ll receive a full reimbursement of RM500.
If your purchase is only RM1,500, you’ll be reimbursed RM100.
This helps us ensure our design time is respected, while still giving you the flexibility to plan with confidence.

Here are some common questions about our home planning service — answered to make your journey smoother.
Is this a full interior design service?
Not exactly. Our home planning service focuses on furniture layout only. It doesn’t include full interior design elements like lighting plans, paint colours, appliances, flooring, or built-in cabinets. However, we may suggest suitable lighting tones or flooring colours to complement the furniture.
What do I need to provide before you can start?
A floor plan with accurate measurements is essential. To help us better tailor your proposal to your needs and budget, please also fill in the form here.
What if I don’t have a floor plan?
No worries — you can measure your space manually and send us a hand-drawn sketch with dimensions.
Do you provide on-site measurement services?
No, we don’t offer site visits. That’s why it’s important to ensure your floor plan is as accurate as possible before submitting.
How early should I reach out for a home planning request before moving in?
We recommend getting in touch at least two months before your move-in date. This allows enough time for revisions and queueing without affecting your timeline.
How long does it take to receive my 3D plan and proposal?
- If your move-in date is within the next 6 months: around 10 working days.
- If your move-in date is more than 6 months away: around 1 month.
*Timelines may vary depending on demand.
What if I’m not happy with the proposal?
You can request changes — as many times as needed — until you’re satisfied.
