What does high flexibility in furniture mean?

What are the differences between solid wood and MDF, plywood or particleboard?
- Material: Solid wood is made from natural timber, while MDF, plywood, and particleboard are composite materials made from wood fibers or chips.
- Durability: Solid wood furniture is more durable and less prone to surface peeling, whereas MDF and particleboard can swell in humid conditions.
- Maintenance: Solid wood surfaces do not require concern about peeling, making maintenance easier; synthetic materials require more care to avoid water damage.
What material are your products made of?
Our products are crafted entirely from solid rubberwood.
What are the benefits of solid wood furniture?
Solid wood furniture is durable, long-lasting, and naturally beautiful.
Unlike particle board or veneer — which are made from compressed wood fibres — solid wood ages gracefully, gains character over time, and can be refinished or repaired if needed.
It’s an investment in both quality and sustainability.
Is solid wood furniture eco-friendly?
Yes. Our furniture is crafted from sustainably sourced rubberwood, a material repurposed after latex production.
It minimises waste, promotes responsible forestry, and supports a greener future for home living.
Why does each piece of wood look different?
The wood texture of our products varies because no two pieces of wood are exactly alike. Just like human thumbprints, each has its own unique characteristics. We cannot guarantee that the wood will match the display product exactly. The colour and texture depend on the tree's growth conditions, similar to how our skin tones differ based on sun exposure. This makes each piece distinct and unique in its own way.
Are there any other wood colours?
Yes, our products are available in two finishes: natural raw colour, which highlights the inherent beauty of the wood, and Hermes walnut colour, which adds a warm, rich tone. Both finishes are coated with a transparent protective layer. Additionally, you can customise further by applying water-based paint of your choice.
Are your products termite resistant?
No, rubberwood is treated using a kiln drying process to remove moisture from the woodthrough high-temperature sterilisation, but not treated to prevent termites. Termites can infest all types of wood, and termite treatment chemicals are typically highly toxic, making them unsuitable for application on the surface of the wood.
Are your products waterproof?
Generally, under normal usage, there shouldn't be any issues. However, it's advisable to avoid leaving the product outdoors for extended periods or submerging it in water. We also suggest quickly wiping up any liquid on the surface to avoid leaving water marks.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
We do not recommend using our products outdoors. Prolonged exposure to sunlight and rain can reduce the lifespan of the products.
What is the maximum weight load capacity of the products?

Does your product contain formaldehyde?
Our furniture is primarily made of solid wood. Compared to materials like particleboard, plywood and MDF, our products have very low formaldehyde levels that comply with strict international standards, ensuring they are safe and environmentally friendly.
Order & Payment
Are all products available on your website?
The available stock is shown on the quantity indicator on the product page. Variations (size/colour) that are out of stock will be greyed out and cannot be selected. If you are able to successfully check out, it means the product is available.
If the product is out of stock, we can't guarantee when it will be restocked, but you can contact us for more details.
Can I place a customised order?
Yes, we accept customised orders for commercial projects such as cafés, restaurants, or property developments — provided there is a minimum order quantity. If you're working on a project, feel free to contact our customer service team to discuss further.
At the moment, we are unable to take on single customised orders for personal use, such as one-off requests for home use. We truly appreciate your interest and understanding.
Can your furniture be customised?
Our furniture is designed to be highly flexible, fitting a wide range of spaces without the need for full customisation.
However, for larger commercial or project orders, we welcome enquiries about tailored solutions.
I received a faulty / wrong / missing Item, can I get a refund?
Please contact us and let us know your situation. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Can you elaborate more on your Consultation & Furniture Layout Planning service?
We offer a furniture layout planning service to help you create a well balanced, functional, and stylish home — using our solid wood furniture.
Simply send us your floor plan with measurements via WhatsApp. We’ll guide you through a quick form to understand your needs (such as budget, number of family members, and move-in timeline).
Once we have all the details, we’ll begin preparing a layout tailored to your space.
👉 Please note: This service focuses on furniture layout only. It does not include renovation work, flooring, built-in cabinetry, or kitchen cabinet designs.
Due to high demand, and depending on your move-in timeline (e.g. end of this year or next year), the planning process may take around one month or longer. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Is payment easy and flexible?
Yes. We offer multiple secure payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, online banking, e-wallets, and flexible instalment plans (click for details).
Customers in Singapore can also pay directly in SGD.
