The service will be available Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, excluding regularly observed holidays.
 

**On-Site Cancellation
If you cancel your assembly order while our service team is on-site for assembly, our team will cease work. You will not receive a refund of your assembly fees.

Do I need to assemble the products myself?

You have the option to assemble it yourself or purchase our assembly service. Each product comes with the necessary hardware and detailed instructions for easy self-assembly. If you prefer professional help, our team is happy to assist you.

How do I request the assembly service?

Please contact our customer service team and let us know which items you’d like help with. We’ll calculate the service fee and handle the arrangement on our end. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a custom product link so you can add the service to your cart and proceed with payment.

When should I request the assembly service?

You can decide after receiving your items — once you’ve assessed which pieces may require help. However, if you already know you’ll need the service, feel free to request and pay for it during your initial order.

Is assembly included in the product price?

No, assembly service is not included in the product price. It is an optional, additional service.

How much does assembly cost?

The fee depends on the type of product and your location. Please refer to the pricing table above for details.

What does the assembly service include?

The service includes assembly only. It does not cover moving items, disposal of old furniture, or removal of packaging materials such as boxes and foam.

Can I book assembly for multiple items?

Absolutely. Just let us know which items you’d like to include, and we’ll calculate the total fee accordingly.

When will the assembly be done?

Assembly is handled by a separate team from delivery. It will only be scheduled once all your items have arrived and are ready for setup.

Can I choose the time for assembly? Can I reschedule the assembly after it’s confirmed?

You may share your preferred time slot with us and we’ll coordinate with the assembly team. Please note: Service is available Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, excluding public holidays.

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but the assembly team’s schedule is usually tight. Once your time is confirmed, we kindly ask that you avoid rescheduling unless necessary, as last-minute changes may result in delays or rebooking.
